The Apple Music Festival may be newly re-branded, but its commitment to stellar shows stretches back to the success of the iTunes Festival.
Grabbing hold of the Roundhouse in North London, the festival has just added a plethora of huge names to its line up.
The Weeknd is set to play the Roundhouse, fresh from the enormous success of his new studio album. The Chemical Brothers are also due to play the London venue, cramming their enormous stage show into that historic space.
Elsewhere, Take That will play the Roundhouse, while James Bay and soulful breakthrough artist Leon Bridges have also been added to the bill.
The Weeknd commented: “I’m thrilled to get to London and perform at Apple Music Festival. Very honoured to be a part of the line-up this year.”
