The Weeknd have confirmed plans for a three date UK tour this winter.
The Weeknd are a curious phenomenon. An alter ego for Abel Tesfaye, the producer has been able to capture a global audience without making his mark on the charts. Far bigger than its officially recorded sales might have you imagine, The Weeknd recently unveiled their live show.
Set to return to the UK later this year, the Canadian producer has announced a series of enormous shows. Hitting the arenas, The Weeknd will open the shows in Birmingham on November 22nd.
Hitting Manchester Apollo the following night, the three date run ends in London on November 28th with a one off date at the O2 Arena. A hugely ambitious announcement, a pre-sale is available for those who sign up to The Weeknd's official website from 9am today (February 27th).
Full sale opens on Friday (March 1st). Meanwhile, new single ‘Twentyeight’ drops on on March 25th. Watch the video below.
