It's just their time. The War On Drugs released their new album 'Lost In The Dream' earlier this year, an enthralling series of wide eyed vignettes stepped in rock classicism.
Awarded 8/10 in these very pages, Clash reviewer Gareth James declared it to be "rock music with soul." Set to play a one off show in London next month, the band's date at Camden's KOKO venue has long since sold out.
Returning in November, The War On Drugs will tackle historic rock landmark the Roundhouse. Taking place on November 5th, the show is part of a wider tour which kicks off in Liverpool.
Hitting Bristol and Manchester, the tour ends in Glasgow on November 8th. Tickets are on sale now.
Here's 'Red Eyes'.
