MTV Brand New have unveiled plans for a pair of showcase events, featuring The Vaccines, Tom Odell, Kodaline and more.
Gathering some of the best new acts around, MTV's Brand New list is always a good indicator of what to look out for across the next 12 months. Recently unveiling its shortlist for 2013, Brand New has now organised two special showcase events in London.
The first event takes place at Camden's Electric Ballroom on January 21st and features The Vaccines as headliners. Already chart favourites, the indie titans will be joined by BRIT Critics Choice winner Tom Odell and rising Irish rockers Kodaline.
A quick quote from Tom Odell: “Really excited to be playing this show for MTV with Vaccines and Kodaline. Should be a great night.”
The second showcase event takes place at the Forum on January 22nd, with Conor Maynard (last year's MTV Brand New winner) due to headline. The songwriter will be joined by Gabrielle Aplin and Little Nikki at the one off show.
