The Maccabees are amongst the latest additions to the line up of Beach Break Live.
One of Britain’s largest student oriented summer events, Beach Break Live continues to get bigger. Returning this summer, organisers recently announced another batch of new names for the line up.
Releasing their third album ‘Given To The Wild’ in January, The Maccabees finally achieved the breakthrough they had long promised. Entering the Top Ten, the album won across the board critical acclaim.
A lengthy, ambitious showcase, ‘Given To The Wild’ has been followed by strenuous touring. The band are set to play the Alexandra Palace this summer, alongside a number of high profile festival commitments.
The Maccabees are set to perform at Beach Break Live this summer, part of a new wave of acts confirmed for the festival.
Dry The River have spent the bulk of the year so far on the road, with the newcomers recently returning from the United States. Announcing a hefty batch of Autumn dates, the band are also set to drop by Beach Break Live.
Elsewhere, Charlotte O’Connor, Levi Roots, Eats Everything, Phaeleh and more have been confirmed.
Alongside this, Beach Break Live organisers have also extended their one off venues. Southern Comfort Juke Joint is the new addition, with returning venues including SuperFunk Roller Disco, Ghetto Palace, Chai Wallah, The Tub with a View, Moustache Bar and Merlin’s Forest.
Beach Break Live runs between June 14th – 18th.
