The Kills Line Up Support Acts

For Brixton Academy show

The Kills have unveiled the support acts for their one off Brixton Academy show on December 3rd.

After spending so long on side projects, The Kills must be relieved to simply be The Kills. The duo returned with their new album earlier this year, with the taut, passionate songwriting of ‘Blood Pressures’ winning critical acclaim.

Set to see out the year with a one off show, The Kills will play London’s Brixton Academy this Saturday (December 3rd).

Inviting along some friends, the duo have revealed the full line up. American songwriter Josh T Pearson will perform, having first struck up a relationship with The Kills during his spell in Lift To Experience.

Due to play a support slot at the Brixton Academy, Josh T Pearson will be joined by fast rising London group Trailer Trash Tracys. Romy Madley Croft of The xx apparently recommended the newcomers, with The Kills quickly snapping the band up.

Taking place this Saturday, ticket holders will be able to purchase a limited edition screenprint at the one off show. Crafted in collaboration with Pure Evil, the silk screen print was produced to commemorate the London date.

Finally, The Kills have confirmed plans to perform with Black Rooster Drum Corps and Choir. The choir recently stunned fans during a show at the Paris Olympia, stream some footage from that concert below…
