Brighton showcase The Great Escape has added more than 150 names to its 2024 line-up.
The event grows in size and stature every year, and this summer promises to be a bumper instalment. Running between May 15th – 18th, thousands of music fans will descend on Brighton to catch The Next Big Thing.
New names on the bill include breakout songwriter Wunderhorse, CHVRCHES’ singer Lauren Mayberry performing a solo set, and freshly re-named duo Soft Play.
Inspirational punk duo Lambrini Girls will appear, alongside rising American indie rock types Been Stellar and Wombat-alone Love Fame Tragedy.
It’s a huge announce, coupled to news of a Saturday programme dominated by independent label showcases. Some of our favourite imprints are getting involved, including Fat Possum, City Slang, Alcopop, Big Scary Monsters, Future Bubblers, Nice Swan, Secretly, Chess Club, Heavenly Records and Fat Cat – heroes all.
Full weekend tickets for The Great Escape festival start from £89.25 and are on sale here.
The Great Escape runs between May 15th – 18th.
