The Drums Extend UK Tour Dates

Ticket details ahoy!

Much hyped surf-pop newcomers The Drums have extended their upcoming UK tour.

Summer is here! Well, almost. The winter snows have finally receded, with their melting ice flowing into Spring streams.

With the sun in the sky, it’s time to reach for a summertime soundtrack. With hype swelling behind their debut album, the sun-kissed surf pop of New York based newcomers The Drums may just do the trick.

Debut EP ‘Summertime’ did exactly what it said on the tin, with subsequent singles such as ‘I Felt Stupid’ turning the band into indie dancefloor dons.

Equally inspired by Dick Dale and Joy Division, The Drums are now set to turn their sights on the UK. Until now the band’s British appearances had been few and far between, although the group have confirmed a series of shows.

Earlier this year The Drums announced a show at London’s Heaven venue, with tickets selling out within hours. Taking place on June 8th, the band were forced to add a second show on June 9th to cope with demand.

The band are due to perform at the Camden Crawl on May 1st, with the group confirmed a series of additional shows. Opening on March 29th in Glasgow, The Drums new tour takes in Manchester, London and more.

Finishing with those soon to be legendary dates at London’s Heaven venue, The Drums are set to open the summer with a blast.

The Drums have confirmed the following shows:

March
29 Glasgow Classic Grand
30 Manchester Deaf Insititute
31 London Old Blue Last

April
30 Leeds Live At Leeds

May
1 London Camden Crawl

June
8 London Heaven
9 London Heaven
