There are live acts, and then there is The Cure.
The legendary goth group have been known for play for three hours at a time, piecing together sets which span their entire career.
Signalling their return to the UK, The Cure have announced two London shows. Taking place at London's Eventim Hammersmith Apollo on December 21st / 22nd, support comes from Also The Trees.
Writing on Facebook, The Cure said:
"The band will be performing a 150-minute show playing songs drawn from their entire 37-year-old catalogue including deep cuts, pop songs, fan favourites and surprises galore. Reprising the role they performed at the same venue 30 years ago each concert will also feature And Also The Trees as support. These are 'Christmas Specials' not to be missed!"
Tickets go on sale this Friday (November 7th) at 9am.
