Oh, and John Cooper Clarke...
Field Day 2013

The team behind Field Day have made a number of new additions to the 2013 line up, with the likes of Solange, Mount Kimbie and more set to take part.

One of London's most prominent single day events, Field Day is already gearing up for its return this summer. Taking place in Victoria Park, the festival has already confirmed appearances from the likes of Animal Collective, Daphni, Fucked Up, How To Dress Well and more.

This afternoon Field Day unveiled its second batch of performers. Perhaps attracting the most attention is the addition of Solange, who is already being tipped to make a major breakthrough in 2013.

Elsewhere, Kurt Vile will bring his fugged out brand of psych folk to Victoria Park, where he will be joined by the likes of Splashh, Shed, Amateur Best and more. Mount Kimbie recently signed to Warp and are set to release their second album this year.

Taking a break from the studio, the acclaimed post-dubstep duo are set to appear live at Field Day, performing alongside Savages, Seth Troxler, Stubborn Heart and American dream pop ensemble WIld Nothing.

Just to keep things tasty, Field Day have also added punk-poet and all round legend John Cooper Clarke. Which is nice.

Ticket details.

Field Day takes place on May 25th.
