Rusko has announced plans for a lengthy series of tour dates across the country.
It’s been a strange couple of years for Rusko. The Leeds born producer now lives in the United States, helping to spark dubstep’s enormous popularity across the country. Later working with Britney Spears, he has helped take bass music to undreamed of heights.
However the producer has also had to fend of some very personal criticism. Rusko’s style has been used as a template for a new generation of beatmiths, birthing the so-called bro-step genre.
With even mild mannered souls such as James Blake getting hot under the collar, Rusko’s return to the UK is perhaps timely and appropriate.
Launching a new British tour later this year, the producer will perform at Bristol venue Motion on November 11th. Hitting London shortly afterwards, the DJ will visit Cardiff club Solus on November 14th.
Moving around the country, stand out dates include a visit to Manchester complex the Warehouse Project. Part of a massive bas oriented bill, the show takes place on Saturday November 19th.
Ending with a visit to his hometown, Rusko will bring down the curtain on his latest UK tour with a visit to Stylus.
