Robbie Williams has confirmed plans for an enormous international tour next year.
The evergreen entertainer is riding the crest of a wave right now, with his ambitious biopic Better Man almost immediately going viral. The twist? The central role is played by a CGI monkey.
A trawl through Robbie’s archives, it’s a rollercoaster ride tethered to one of UK pop’s defining catalogues. Out on December 26th, the move precedes a huge tour scheduled for next summer.
The massive international tour opens with a flurry of UK shows, starting in Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium – the home of Scottish rugby – on May 31st.
Playing Emirates Stadium in London, Robbie then plays Manchester and Bath, before jetting out to the continent for a lengthy series of headline shows.
Robbie will be joined by Rag’n’Bone Man and Lottery Winners in Edinburgh on May 31st and London on June 6th Lottery Winners will follow for the whole UK tour run.
Robbie Williams comments…
“This tour is going to be my boldest yet – I can’t wait to see you next year. There will be songs from the movie Better Man, and some new music too… but more on that soon…”

All of human life on earth may not be reduced to a cultish group of Robbie survivors just yet, but in this corner of Hyde Park – as a singer takes stock of a messy but enduring body of work about his own fame and survival – are you not entertained?”
