Glastonbury swung into action yesterday (June 26th) but the delights of the first day were over-shadowed by news that a 67 year old woman has died at the event.
Thought to be due to natural causes, the news was accompanied by reports that a 26 year old reveller had been taken to hospital after taking Ketamine.
Now, sadly, it seems as though the festival goer has passed away. FACT have just reported the news, as confirmed by Avon and Somerset police.
Earlier, police had stated that they did not believe the drug was taken from a contaminated batch. Alongside this, a spokesperson from Avon and Somerset police re-itereated the dangers of taking Ketamine.
