Ren Confirms First Live Show In Four Years At Secret Garden Party

An 'Asylum' special...

Welsh artist Ren will play Secret Garden Party this summer – his first live show in four years.

The much-loved festival is throwing away convention this year, replacing big-name headline acts by supporting grassroots. Aiming to platform new talent, Secret Garden Party’s line-up is designed to be a space for discovery, a chance to discover your next favourite artist.

They couldn’t resist hosting Ren, however. The Welsh artist surged back in 2023, with his self-produced album ‘Sick Boi’ soaring to No. 1 on the UK charts.

A stunning achievement, the success of ‘Sick Boi’ spoke to Ren’s unique artistry, but also the intense bond he has with fans.

Ren will play Secret Garden Party this summer, his first full live show in four years. The two go back a long way – his song ‘Money Games Pt 3’ came equipped with a stunning video, constructed in collaboration with Secret Garden Party (and the Head Gardener’s wife).

Scooping three gongs at the London Music Video Awards recently, the upcoming live show is an ‘Asylum’ special – expect something spectacular.

SGP founder Fred Fellowes comments on Ren – I can safely say that in over twenty years of the Garden Party I have never seen or heard the equal; I am so excited to be creating this show with someone I genuinely believe is one of the most talented human beings of our generation.”

Secret Garden Party runs between July 25th – 28th.
