Keep carving the pumpkins and putting the finishing touches to your costume – ATP Release The Bats is almost upon us!
A new celebration of all things spooky and alternative orientated, Release The Bats is set to take place over the Halloween weekend in London and Birmingham. Named in honor of the classic Birthday Party goth anthem, this looks to be the most debauched party of the year!
Headlined by the legendary Steve Albini and his group Shellac, Release The Bats blends great music with more traditional Halloween fare. Also on the bill are New York’s Les Savy Fav, Pissed Jeans, beserk two piece Lightning Bolt and many more.
Also in the works is a fantastic new costume competition. Dress up as one of the band’s or something spectacularly spooky and you could win ATP chalets, cameras and other goodies.
ATP Release The Bats takes place on October 30th – 31st in London, and November 1st in Birmingham. There are limited tickets left for October 30th and November 1st, with the full stage times available on the official site.
