Ray BLK Is Playing Nigeria’s Gidi Culture Festival

It's her first ever Lagos date...

Ray BLK is set to play this summer's instalment of Gidi Culture Festival.

The singer is part of a new wave of talent emphasising the cultural exchange between the UK and West Africa – in her case, the line that connects Lagos and London.

Able to return to Nigeria, Ray BLK will play Gidi Culture Festival in Lagos, her first live performance in her home city.

Ray BLK joins a plethora of new additions on the line up, including Kenya’s Blinky Bill, Ghana’s Joey B and Lagos’ own DJ Cuppy.

Ray BLK says: “I’m very excited to be coming back to my hometown to perform. It will be my first ever live performance in Nigeria.”

Taking place at Landmark Beachfront, Victoria Island, tickets for the festival are on sale HERE.

Gidi Culture Festival takes place on April 20th.
