Tickets for Radiohead’s forthcoming batch of British shows went on sale this morning.
Let’s keep this brief. Radiohead announced a trio of UK shows earlier this week, including a two night stand in London. The band’s fan club were able to buy tickets on Wednesday, with the general sale opening this morning (March 9th).
Recently hooking up with Ticket Trust, Radiohead will use every step to prevent secondary ticketing. Obviously one of the year’s biggest tours, passes for each show will no doubt rocket in price online.
The band will be implementing a paperless ticketing system, limiting the number of tickets per transaction, disallowing name changes after purchase, and requiring photo ID to gain entry to the shows.
