London label Fuzz Club has traded in international noise for yonks now, putting out records from all corners of the world since their inception.
The second annual Fuzz Club Festival heads to Eindhoven this weekend (23rd and 24th August), bringing a showcase of bands from as far wide as Chile, Portugal and Japan to the Dutch city of Eindhoven.
Taking place in the Effenaar, the city’s flagship venue, will be Danish post-punk titans Iceage, whose latest record 'Beyondless' is their most refined to date, alongside Japanese psych demagogues Kikagaku Moyo.
Complimenting the hypnotic sounds will be trippy liquid light projections of Innerstrings and the work of multimedia visual artist artist Sam Wiehl – it’s set to be a fully realised psychedelic spectacle.

Further down the lineup, the festival comes into its own. The stoner psych conjurings of Chilean group Vuelvetoloca is set to be a highlight, alongside the monolithic apocalypse drone of Portugal’s 10000 Russos. Elsewhere, London’s own Snapped Ankles bring their technicolour forest party to the Netherlands, and LA’s The Warlocks look to bring their sweltering hallucinations fresh from the City of Angels.
Fuzz Club have always showcased the true internationalism of today’s global psych scene better than anywhere else with their exquisite back catalogue, but next week they look to bring it all together in one place.
