Farewell iTunes festival - hello Apple Music Festival.

Yep, Apple's month-long musical stint in London is to be re-branded, with the first details of the newly re-titled Apple Music Festival being unveiled this morning.

Taking control of the Roundhouse, the event will stretch from September 19th to September 28th with the first set of acts including: Pharrell Williams, One Direction, Florence And The Machine and Disclosure.

Apple's Eddy Cue: "We wanted to do something really special for music fans this year."

"The Apple Music Festival is a greatest hits set of ten unbelievable nights featuring some of the best performers on the planet appearing live and interacting directly with their fans on Connect and Beats 1."
