Fresh from playing a storming set at this year’s annual Homegame Festival (festival review Here), Chemikal Underground newcomers The Phantom Band are set to tour the UK throughout May.
With the recent release of the band’s towering psych-rock debut ‘Checkmate Savage’ causing a barrage of Beta Band comparisons (Clash album review) and with a string of ever-progressing live shows under their belts, The Phantom Band are set to continue their rise by embarking on a tour of Europe before returning to the UK for ten live dates.
Scottish music’s cultural envoy Vic Galloway will also be hosting the band on his BBC Radio Scotland show, on Monday May 12th – days before their UK tour kicks into action.
