T In The Park revelers got a special treat when Hot Chip played a special version of the Prince classic “Nothing Compares 2 U” at the festival on Sunday on (July 13th).
Hot Chip played before an raucous audience in the Pet Sounds Arena, with the electro-rockers delivering a pounding set that ran at a furious pace. Beginning with “Out At The Pictures” the set contained many of the group’s biggest hits including “Over And Over”, “Boy From School” and “Ready For The Floor”.
Hot Chip finished with a very special version of the Prince song “Nothing Compares 2 U”. Made famous by the Irish singer Sinead O’ Connor, the Hot Chip version sparked a mass singalong, before the band segued into their track “In The Privacy Of Our Love”.
