Noisettes Confirm 2010 Tour

Chart busters hit the road

Chart busting trio The Noisettes have confirmed plans for a lengthy tour in Spring 2010.

The Noisettes have enjoyed a sensational year. However twelve months ago the band were in dire straights, having been ditched from their previous label Motown.

Debut album ‘What’s The Time, Mr Wolf?’ was a tumultuous blend of garage rock and soul, showing the trio’s live energy. However it failed to set the world alight and The Noisettes found themselves departing their record label.

Retreating to the rehearsal room, The Noisettes dug out some vintage synths and began crafting a new pop vision. Bustling with energy, their new tracks caught the imagination of everyone who heard them.

Releasing the comeback single ‘Don’t Upset The Rhythm’ The Noisettes waltzed effortlessly into the Top Ten. One of the year’s defining tracks it has dominated airplay in a way the group could only have dreamed off.

After a summer spent touring and rocking festivals up and down the country, The Noisettes are now having a well earned rest.

However the band are due to return in the New Year with a lengthy British tour. Opening with a show in Aberdeen the jaunt will see The Noisettes play Edinburgh, Cambridge, London and more before finishing in Bristol on March 5th.
