Speculation over the Glastonbury 2015 bill is already in earnest, with many placing Foo Fighters are likely tips to headline.
Asked about this recently, Dave Grohl said that his band would only play if Prince and Oasis also headlined.
Appearing on XFM, Noel Gallagher was probed about the genial rocker's comments. "What they say about him is true. He is genuinely one of the nicest men in rock," the guitarist gushed. "We've done some big gigs with them down the year. Great lads, all of them."
Pushed on the likelihood of playing Glastonbury, Noel Gallagher commented: "I'm available that weekend – it's not up to me though, is it?"
William Hill currently place Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds as 25/1 to headline Glastonbury – expect to see those odds plummet.
