More tour dates planned

Noise pop duo No Joy have confirmed a series of British tour dates later this year.

The current glut of shoegaze / noise pop / indie pop (deleted as appropriate) has thrown up an enormous amount of great music. Yet the sheer volume of new releases can be bewildering, breeding apathy.

Hailing from North America, No Joy have something special. The duo split their time between Montreal and the city of angels, writing reverb drenched nuggets of fuzz which reflect the distance between them.

Sparking a wave of coverage on blogs, physical releases began to drop last year. No Joy released their debut album 'Ghost Blonde' in the States, garnering warm reviews from all quarters.

British fans were forced to wait patiently until a deal was struck. Now 'Ghost Blonde' is set to gain a full release on this side of the pond, with the full length set to drop on May 2nd.

Meanwhile, No Joy have confirmed a host of British dates. Including support slots with Fucked Up, Wire and Braids, the band will also play a series of headline shows to unleash 'Ghost Blonde' on fans.
