Industrial icons Nine Inch Nails have surprised fans by uploading HD footage of their final British show.
Founded in the late 80s, the twenty year career of Nine Inch Nails came to an end recently. Founder Trent Reznor explained that he was tired of the restrictions the band places on him, and told fans the group would be placed on hiatus.
Playing a number of massive dates with Jane’s Addiction, the band travelled to the UK to complete some mammoth farewell dates.
Nine Inch Nails played a number of festivals, including a pulsating set at Scotland’s T In The Park. Drawing to a close at London’s O2 Arena in July, the band then travelled to America for their final fling.
In a new statement Nine Inch Nails leader Trent Reznor has explained that he is working on new material. “We’re beginning work on a variety of things NIN and not-NIN related that we’ll inform you of when the time is right” he said.
“Check back from time to time and who knows what you’ll find”.
Reznor is rumoured to be working on new material with 80s synth pop icon Gary Numan. A primary inspiration for Nine Inch Nails the electro pioneer recently revealed he was due to work with Trent Reznor.
In the meantime, Nine Inch Nails have uploaded footage of the band performing alongside Gary Numan at their final UK show. Check it out below…
