Mystery Jets To Play Charity Show

Mystery Jets are set to perform at a special charity show in London on November 16th.

It’s been a big year for Mystery Jets. Returning with their third album, the one time teen prodigies came of age in the studio surrounded by orchestras, choirs and more.

Receiving warm acclaim for ‘Serotonin’ the album nestled just outside the Top 40. Touring across the country, Mystery Jets are set to finish the year in style after agreeing to appear at a special charity event.

Taking place at London venue The Blues Kitchen on November 15th, the show is in aid of Children’s Charity Variety club. Playing a special set, Mystery Jets will be joined by some special guests.

The Maccabees have also had a special year, taking their album ‘Wall Of Arms’ around the world. Becoming a festival favourite, the band are currently working on material for their third album.

However singer Orlando Weeks has decided to break cover in aid of Children’s Charity Variety club. Due to perform a DJ set, the frontman will be playing rarities, old favourites and more to keep the crowd happy.

Elsewhere, DJ duo Hit Don’t Hurt are set to perform with further support in the shape of a live set from Rodeo Massacre.

In addition to music, the event will also host a special auction featuring the photography of Peter Doherty and Mick Jagger from renowned photographer Dean Chalkley, and a guitar signed by bluesman Seasick Steve.

All proceeds from the auction go to Children’s Charity Variety club. Tickets for the show are only available HERE.
