The latest tour from MODA Presents… has been confirmed, featuring The Count And Sinden and more.
Hosted by Jaymo and Andy George, MODA has grown exponentially over the past year to become a hugely influential name in dance music. The brand has launched its own label, while the two DJs have seized control of a slot on Radio 1.
Set to expand in the forthcoming year, MODA are preparing to launch a new tour later this month. MODA Presents… will visit cities across the country, mixing huge names with breaking talent.
Fatboy Slim is set to headline, marking a return to clubland for the DJ. Now better known for his enormous festival appearances, Norman Cook is set to swap the main stage for a warehouse slot.
Joining the party are the likes of Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and more. The Count And Sinden are due to appear, following the success of their collaboration heavy debut album ‘Mega Mega Mega’.
Featuring appearances from Mystery Jets and plenty more, what really shone through was The Count And Sinden’s fun, unpretentious production style. Set to appear at MODA, the party kicks off on October 29th.
“New music is the driving force behind everything we do, whether it’s our radio show, our DJ sets or the parties we put on. We try and champion new music from as many platforms as possible, this tour is now one of them!” said Jaymo.
“But as with anything, it’s not just about the here and now – a true music fan wants to know about the history, the classics, the heritage. So we also wanted to get some big established names on the tour too”.
Meanwhile, Andy George emphasised the mixture of talent on the bill. “It was important for us to get a real mix of acts that represented the music we believe in from live bands like Shake Aletti and Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, to boundary pushing DJ’s like Surkin and Jack Beats”.
