A festival so gargantuan it has to be spread across two sites, work is already underway on next year's instalment of Reading and Leeds.
The first names on the 2015 bill have been announced, with thrash legends Metallica set to headline. The band retain their live bite, dominating Glastonbury with a towering performance.
Preparing to headline next summer's Reading and Leeds festival, Metallica will be joined by a typically diverse cast.
Jamie T is due to perform at the twin site festival, while much loved (in these quarters) rap duo Run The Jewels will bring their bombastic live show to Reading and Leeds.
Elsewhere, seminal Swedish post-hardcore group Refused will perform, while Manchester Orchestra, Pierce The Veil, and Wilkinson have all confirmed their involvement.
Reading and Leeds runs between August 28th – 30th.
