Mercury Rev, The Field For Green Man

Host new acts confirmed...

One of the country's truly special festival events, the Green Man is upon us once again.

Celtic druids are set to bless the festival site, while organisers work behind the scenes to make sure that the line up is as impressive as ever.

New additions include Mercury Rev, who are set to play their classic album 'Deserter's Songs' in its entirety. A no doubt special performance, the American group are joined by reformed indie pop outfit The Pooh Sticks, Augustines, Ben UFO, Montreal's terrific Ought and more.

Swedish producer / wonderfully engrossing live act The Field are set to head to Brecon Beacons, with Axel Willner set to guide the Green Man crowd through some looping majesty.

Elsewhere, Huw Stephens, Heavenly DJs and Simian Mobile Disco will provide DJ sets, with the party set to continue long into the night.

Tickets are on sale now.

Green Man runs between August 14th – 17th.
