Massive Attack Offer Bristol Fans A Lift

As their Hyde Park date approaches...

Massive Attack are set to offer Bristol fans a lift to their Hyde Park show this summer.

The legendary group recently announced a home town date, with tickets for their Bristol Downs show selling out in under an hour.

Set to play a headline set at Barclaycard British Summertime, Massive Attack have decided to invite the Bristol crew along for the ride.

Massive Attack explain: “We won’t be adding another date in Bristol this summer, but we don’t want people to pay touts over the odds. The unbelievable demand from Bristol meant that we looked for a way to help everyone to see us this summer. So we’re arranging for a fleet of buses to take people from Bristol to our show in London’s Hyde Park on Friday 1st July, at no extra charge. It’ll be great to have some of our fellow Bristolians up in London with us on July 1st.”

It's a pretty decent bill, too – support sets come from Patti Smith, TV On The Radio, Warpaint, and Ghostpoet.

Coach tickets go on sale at 9am on Tuesday 14th June, from
