A new festival is set to launch in the South of England with Eastbourne Festival Live boasting a line up that includes The Maccabees, Friendly Fires and many more.
As part of the ongoing Eastbourne Festival project, which aims to challenge opinions of the town, the forthcoming musical event will gather some top names for a very special party.
Liverpool group The Maccabees are set to return with their new album shortly, which they will be showcasing in their headlining slot. The indie heroes will be joined by Friendly Fires, who self-titled debut stunned critics last year.
Further down the bill lurk some hotly tipped new talent. The Joy Formidable will perform, alongside the jerky synth pop shapes of Data Select Party – who are originally from Eastbourne.
Amongst the top line up of DJs assembling for the project are Radio 1’s Zane Lowe, Chase & Status as well as Shy FX and many more.
Eastbourne Festival Live takes place between April 24th – 25th.
