Celebrated Portland songsmith M Ward will celebrate the recent success of new album ‘Hold Time’ by playing a string of UK live shows this summer.
The follow-up to ‘Post War’ saw the singer-songwriter combine his adoration for Americana with his trademark ”primitive guitar” outings, and also collaborate with ex-Grandaddy singer Jason Lytle and Zooey Deschadel to create one of the folk albums of the year so far.
Having recently featured in our Clash video feature with Deschadel with their She & Him track ‘Why Do You Let Me Stay Here’ (watch it here), M Ward has also been adding his talents to tracks by Neco Case on her new album ‘Middle Cyclone’. Busy man!
