Self Esteem has come a long way. As a kid, she’s descend on Sheffield’s indie clubs, dancing to her favourite tunes. Fast forward a few years, and Rebecca Lucy Taylor – to use her government name – is back in town, ready to play the biggest headline show of her career.
Taking control of the Don Valley Bowl for Rock N Roll Circus, Self Esteem was able to build her own supporting cast, including erotic Aussie disco types Confidence Man, the iconique Bimini, and Arctic Numpties, a local Arctic Monkeys tribute act.
