Following the roadblock success of our Spring issue launch, where J Hus jumped onstage for a surprise set, Clash rolled back into East London's Kamio to celebrate issue 104 winging its way onto shelves (you can get a copy here!)
First up for our party, held in association with Vero, was Brian Eno collaborator Jelani Blackman. The rapper/producer turned up, saxophone in hand, before pulling in a crowd for a riotous set that saw him soak the club with his infectious 'Submarine'.
Next in line, BBC 1Xtra DJ and expert selector Jamz Supernova shook the dancefloor with her bass weaponry and Carnival-ready hits.
Having left The Saturdays a couple of years ago in favour of re-focusing on her R&B roots, Vanessa White was our headline act. Stunning a packed-out crowd with her honeyed vocals and '90s nostalgia, she proved exactly why she's been tipped for greatness this year.
It's safe to say that Conducta brought the energy with his set. Blending Fish Go Deep into Stormzy seamlessly, alongside a healthy dollop of UKG, the DJ's bass frequencies brought us right up to midnight.
Finally, grime trio YGG – or You Get Grime – delivered a blistering set, showcasing new police-aimed cut '3 IC3s' and the UK garage-inflected 'Bad'. They're really a force to be reckoned with live, and they closed our party in fierce style.

Run in association with Vero, drinks kindly provided by BrewDog and Our/Vodka helped oil our partygoers and backstage artists, while Nandos dropped off a Peri Peri feast for our acts.
