Live Gallery: Belly Squad, Faze Miyake – Clash Party, KOKO, London

Here's what happened at the first in our four-night series...

Last Friday (May 5th), Belly Squad hit KOKO for the first in our string of parties at the venue, bringing their hybrid of melodic Afrobeats and grime to the iconic former theatre. The trio, clad in adidas tracksuits, kept the crowd hyped with their hits including 'Banana', 'Like That' and 'Morning', jumping down from the stage to connect with their audience.

They were joined by Rinse selector Faze Miyake, who brought a hefty smattering of bass, grime and hip-hop to the multi-storied club, before Local Action's Tom Lea rounded things off, keeping the crowd going right until the end.

Check out all the dates in the live series, with Sampa The Great, Fredwave and more still to come, HERE.

Elderbrook plays this Friday alongside Jafunk and Daniel Ness – tickets can be found HERE.
