Live Gallery: AC/DC – Wembley Stadium, London

An exhilarating ride with some true rock gods...

AC/DC are a force of nature. True rock survivors, the band are 50 years into their career, yet are embarking on one of their most ambitious tours to date.

A colossal globe-spanning venture, the Power Up tour finds vocalist Brian Johnson and lead guitarist Angus Young leading from the front. A mammoth stadium-filling tour, the duo are joined by Stevie Young on rhythm guitar, Matt Laug on drums, and Chris Chaney on bass.

While some of the faces may have changed the spirit and ethos of the band remains the same – thrilling hard rock with boogie undercurrents, designed to entertain in the most spectacular way possible.

Hitting London – a city close to their hearts – AC/DC delivered a generation-spanning set, moving from early cuts like ‘Riff Raff’ through to their 21st century albums.

An incredible set packed with highlights, the sheer adrenalin rush of hearing ‘Thunderstuck’ in a stadium full of people never quite dissipates. A remarkable band, each show by AC/DC these days feels like the finale of their career – if this is the last time we see them, they’ve gone out at the very top.
