As well as retreating to L.A. to put the finishing touches to her debut album, hotly-tipped electro-pop newcomer Little Boots is set to return to the UK for a run of shows in May and release a new single.
Album sessions have already seen her hook-up with Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard and Lily Allen collaborator Greg Kurstin, with the album, ‘Hands’, set for release in June.
After a blizzard of hype saw her signing to 679 Records, Victoria Hesketh aka Little Boots will release lead single ‘New In Town’ on 25th May.
After storming SXSW in Austin, Little Boots will also debut her new material at a selection of major UK festivals over the summer, recently declaring “We’re doing nearly all of them except for V. We’re doing Glastonbury, T In The Park, Reading And Leeds, Bestival.” Busy year ahead, then.
