The first of Levi’s® The Craft Of Music acoustic sessions is set to take place on Tuesday 17th August with Chilly Gonzales and thecocknbullkid performing in the ‘Origin’ space at their flagship Regents Street store in London.
Chilly Gonzales has most recently been helping out Jamie Lidell on his recent ‘Multiply’ album but returns to solo mode for this acoustic sesion that’ll showcase his sought after piano skills. Support on the night comes from London’s own thecocknbullkid (Anita Blay) before her appearance at Bestival and a support slot on Marina and the Diamonds’ October tour.
The Live Sessions then continue with six sessions in total in the next two weeks with appearances by The Magic Numbers, Lissie, Beardyman, Steve Mason and Carl Barat. The Sessions’ aim to showcase new and established artists who’s work embodies a sense of craft and to help inspire young people and kickstart their own creative endeavours.
