Left In Their Wake

Black Kids For Wakestock

One of the UK’s best outdoor events festivals has expanded its musical bill with the addition of Black Kids, Mystery Jets and Groove Armada to Wakestock.

Spread between two bases at Abersoch and Blenheim Palace, Wakestock is Europe largest wakeboarding festival. Wakeboarding involves a smaller-sized surf board being towed behind a motor boat. One of the newest extreme sports, it has proved to be extremely popular.

The bill for Wakestock already includes such stars as Calvin Harris, The Streets and Supergrass. The dance tent will be headed up by Pete Tong, whilst fellow Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe will also make an appearance.

Wakestock takes place over the following dates:

Blenheim: June 27th – 29th
Abersoch: July 4th – 6th
