Latitude Line Up Latest

Phoenix,Gaslight Anthem and more

The latest additions to this year’s Latitude Festival have been revealed, with The Gaslight Anthem, Phoenix and returning soul-pop outfit The Rumble Strips set to play.

The bands will join a stellar bill that will see Radiohead’s Thom Yorke playing an acoustic set, as well as Doves and Clash Magazine cover stars Passion Pit gracing its stages this year.

Set in the rolling countryside of Suffolk, last week organisers of Latitude were left stunned when Thom Yorke agreed to play a super-rare solo set next month. The singer has previously been known to play Radiohead track Cymbal Rush as an encore, but lone live outings are scarce from the singer.

Joining Springsteen-indebted blue collar punks Gaslight Anthem (pictured) will be The Rumble Strips and French retro-popsters Phoenix , who have just released their fourth album in the shape of ‘Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix’ (check out the video for new single ‘Lisztomania’ on Clash Music HERE).

The Rumble Strips are also to mark their return at the fest, having finished their forthcoming second album with Mark Ronson. Looks set to be a blinder then – win tickets below!
