Looks like rain...

Surprise surprise - it's going to rain at Latitude. The festival season this year has been plagued with rain more than usual. The ‘80s festival in London was cancelled due to flooding and T in the Park was ravaged by downpours of biblical proportion.

The Thursday will actually see a considerable amount of sun grace the Latitude site, but come nighttime the rain will begin to hit, which will continue on and off for the rest of the weekend with only patches of sun breaking through now and again (reports from Sky News Weather, BBC and the Met Office). However, it won’t be as heavy or incessant as the T in the Park rain; only light showers are expected.

Suffolk’s Latitude festival this year will play host to artists such as Bon Iver, Elbow, Paul Weller, The Horrors, Lana Del Rey, Perfume Genius, Alt-J, Simple Minds and more.

Like most festivals today, Latitude also offer other alternative art forms to enjoy, such as cabaret, theatre, film, poetry, art and fashion events.

Latitude festival runs from Thursday 12th July till Sunday 15th July and will be held at Henham Park, Southwold, Sunrise Coast, Suffolk.
