Kings Of Leon have confirmed details of a series of outdoor shows, representing their largest British tour to date.

The news is coming thick and fast from the Kings Of Leon camp. Last night (October 27th) the band unveiled their new album ‘Come Around Sundown’ at an intimate London venue, performing for just a few hundred fans.

With the year’s fastest selling album under their belts, Kings Of Leon have decided to up the ante. Confirming details of a nationwide tour in Summer 2011, the band are to take control of a number of outdoor venues.

The massive tour will see the band play to countless thousand fans, representing their biggest outing to date. Kings Of Leon have confirmed details of the outdoor shows, which run throughout the summer months.

Opening in Coventry on May 30th, Kings Of Leon are set to take on the Ricoh Arena. Playing in some of the country’s largest stadiums, the Nashville band are preparing for shows in Sunderland, Manchester and more.

Arriving at London on June 22nd, the group are set to perform in Hyde Park. Kings Of Leon will re-visit the scene of their recent triumph, where the band played to thousands of screaming fans.

Ending in Murrayfield on July 26th, Kings Of Leon will occupy the home of Scottish rugby. The show is a mammoth undertaking for the band, with the ground usually holding 80,000 rabid Scottish sports fans.

Tickets are set to go on sale next Wednesday (November 3rd) from 9am. Details of the supporting cast have not yet been confirmed.
