Kings Of Leon Confirm Hyde Park Cast

Black Keys, The Drums and more to support

Southern indie royalty Kings Of Leon have confirmed the supporting cast at their upcoming Hyde Park show.

We did. Us. And you, naturally. Kings Of Leon were accepted in Britain from day one, a long time before our friends in the United States caught on to the sonic adventures of the Followill boys.

Due to retreat back into the recording studio later this year, Kings Of Leon have confirmed a massive one off show in London’s Hyde Park. Tickets sold out almost instantly, with the band set to play only a handful of gigs this summer.

Now Kings Of Leon have unveiled an all star support cast. The Followills are due to be joined by Ohio blues two-piece The Black Keys.

Rough and ready, The Black Keys take on the blues strips the music down to the bare bones. Set to release their new album later this year, the Akron two piece are set to perform at the upcoming Hyde Park show.

Also set to perform are widely tipped New York group The Drums. The band’s brand of surf-pop is just what the ClashMusic office needs right now, with the Dundee branch submerged in torrential rain.

Set to release their debut album this summer, The Drums could well soundtrack the festival season. Joining the party at the Hyde Park show are The Whigs, with previously announced support group The Features also due to perform.

Kings Of Leon are set to play the following show:

June
30 London Hyde Park
