Kid Harpoon is set to bring his collection of joyously ramshackle folk across the UK this summer, stopping off for five shows in June.
Emerging from his Chatham upbringing with a clutch of quirky alt folk and psych-blues assaults three years ago, Kid Harpoon has since gone on to release a string of E.P.’s and support slots for The Kooks since signing to indie imprint Young Turks.
Kid Harpoon will be joined by his band The Powers That Be for the shows, with an album release also possible for later in the year. His debut so far has a working title of ‘Maladies’, and will feature only one previously-released track in the shape of ‘Riverside’.
