American hip hop don Kanye West has been confirmed as performing a headline slot at this year’s Wireless festival.
Set in Hyde Park, London the Wireless festival drowns out the nearby city rush of traffic with some great musical entertainment. Taking place over two days, the event gathers an eclectic bill for one of the best parties in the capital over the summer.
Kanye West is one of the world’s finest live acts – as he continually reminds audiences during performances. The hip hop icon eschewed rapping for his controversial new album ‘808s And Heartbreak’, using the autotune device to correct his singing voice.
The rapper has also been busy entering the world of fashion. Kanye West has been working with Parisian fashion house Louis Vuitton, and premiered a unique pair of trainers during Paris Fashion Week.
Joining the hip hop star on the bill for Wireless are The Streets and Dizzee Rascal. Further down the bill are legendary DJ Paul Oakenfold, Sneaky Soundsystem, NASA and Tommy Sparks.
