Jason Lytle of americana indie heroes Grandaddy is set to release his debut solo record this year, and will also hit the UK for gigs in Manchester and London in May.
After over a decade fronting the influential Grandaddy and releasing a string of albums with the band such as highlight ‘The Sophtware Slump’ , the Caliornian outfit split in 2006, with Lytle going on to contribute to albums by M Ward and Jackpot as a solo artist.
Lytle has been recording his debut ‘Yours Truly, The Computer’ since the split, with fans now eager to hear the results upon its release in May.
