Jack White has confirmed a short burst of intimate shows stretching around the globe.
Jack White is Jack White. Despite more than a decade in the public eye, the guitarist won’t be changing his ways for anyone, remaining an infuriatingly independent soul.
New album ‘Blunderbuss’ will be released next week (April 23rd) with the guitarist set to play a series of Spring shows. Now Jack White has confirmed a new batch of intimate shows stretching around Europe and North America.
Opening in Paris venue Cigale on April 22nd, Jack White will then hit London for a show at the HMV Forum the following night.
One of the most intimate London shows Jack White has announced in some time, the set sits in sharp contrast to his new capital date. The guitarist will appear at BBC Radio 1’s Hackney Weekender, one of the summer’s largest – free – outdoor events.
Hitting New York on April 27th, Jack White is set to play Webster Hall. Finishing with a show in Los Angeles, tickets for the four intimate dates went on sale this morning (April 17th).
As a special bonus, all ticket holders will be entitled to an exclusive 18×24 inch poster designed by Rob Jones from a photograph by Jo McCaughney.
Elsewhere, Jack White has confirmed an appearance on Later… With Jools Holland next week (April 24th). Returning to the BBC show, the guitarist is expected to concentrate on material from ‘Blunderbuss’.
