Week long London music event Illuminations is set to return later this year with appearances from Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Field Music and more.
Launched last year, Illuminations matched a carefully curated bill to some off the beaten track venues. Based in London, the week long series of shows is set to return later this year.
Running between November 3rd – November 10th, Illuminations boasts an appearance from Unknown Mortal Orchestra. Hitting the Electric Ballroom on November 7th, the show will be preceded by a screening of 1967 psychedelic artefact 'Tonite Let’s all make Love in London'.
Elsewhere, Field Music are set to play their only London set of the year at Illuminations. Performing at Islington Assembly Hall, the band will perform a specially written score for famed 1929 documentary 'Drifters'.
Manchester group MONEY have confirmed plans to his Illuminations, performing at a secret Hackney venue on November 6th. Scandi-pop newcomers MØ will also take part, playing a show at XOYO on November 5th.
