Hundred Reasons To Perform Final Headline Show – At London’s Royal Albert Hall

Closing 25 years together...

UK group Hundred Reasons will play their final headline show together at London’s Royal Albert Hall later this year.

The headline date – scheduled for May 7th – was confirmed a few weeks back, with Hundred Reasons determined to make it extra special. American post-hardcore legends Rival Schools are set to support, while the UK group will be backed by a full string orchestra.

As it transpires, Hundred Reasons have one more piece of news – the show will be their final headline concert as a band.

Lead singer Colin Doran explains the decision: “This show was always on our bucket list so tying it in with 25 years of the band seemed like a great way to mark this milestone. But the more we planned for this show the more we started to feel that there wasn’t anything else that we wanted to do beyond this.”

“We released an amazing album in 2023 and had an awesome tour finishing at the Eventim Apollo. We have seen bands run themselves into the ground and it’s not something we’ve ever felt okay with. So with this in mind we have made the decision to make the show at The Royal Albert Hall our last ever headlining show, and to leave on a high. It’s gonna be a celebration of all things HR with some deep cuts and songs being rearranged, including a live string section, which is something properly new for us to do.”

“It’s never easy to make these decisions but then the flip side is why not just leave a good looking corpse?”
