Liverpool art-punk trio Hot Club De Paris are set to release a new EP, after confirming new British tour dates.

Hot Club De Paris have always wanted to do things their way. Using funds from their record sales to buy their own equipment, the trio set up a studio in their Liverpool rehearsal room and began working on their own terms.

Getting to grips with the equipment, the band laid down a number of tracks. Splitting the result into two EPs, the first was released earlier this year. Extravagantly titled ‘With Days Like These As Cheap As Chewing Gum Why Would Anyone Want To Work?’ the release was a thrilling success.

Speaking to ClashMusic earlier this year, Hot Club De Paris confirmed that they were planning a second EP. Now the band have announced the release of ‘The Rise And Inevitable Fall Of The High School Suicide Cluster Band’.

Due to hit the record racks on May 24th, the EP will be available digitally and on limited edition ten inch vinyl.

Continually working, Hot Club De Paris are currently working on their next full length studio album. Meanwhile, the band have confirmed details of their new British tour.

Beginning in June, the Liverpool art punks are set to play a lengthy series of dates across the UK. Ending in Norwich on June 30th, tickets for the shows are on sale now!
